Our work with traders utilizes mindfulness-based psychology to deal with emotional reactivity and impulsive decision making. We offer training, tools, and techniques for working with challenging emotions to deliver increased cognitive clarity, executive function and emotional flexibility. Individual Sessions for Traders

These 60 minute, one-to-one sessions focus on the individual’s emotionally-driven issues in trading. Our work serves to illuminate challenges and develop the tools necessary to work through them. Utilizing mindfulness-based psychology, we help traders to identify emotional aspects that complicate trading and interfere with clear thinking. We help participants meet their own emotional experience, develop a sense of compassion for the strategies they have developed and ultimately form a more collaborative relationship with themselves. This, in turn, allows for increased calm and consistency even in the face of volatility and uncertainty in the market and the world. 

Individual sessions are $150 plus a $5.00 processing fee. Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled with 24 hour notice. Cancellations will be refunded the full price for the session minus the processing fee. A refund will be issued within 24 hours of cancelation. There are no refunds for sessions cancelled with less than 24 hour notice or no shows for sessions.

Quick Fix Up for Traders

These 30 minute sessions offer an opportunity for a quick fix up as well as a viable option for those with financial or time constraints. These sessions offer the same one-on-one time with Ted or Diane and offer a cost effective means for traders to access support more frequently. Regular emotional check-ins and tune-ups help us stay at the top of our game.

Two Heads Are Better

Meet with both Ted and Diane at the same time. Ted and Diane regularly work with individuals and couples this way. This allows traders simultaneous access to the complementary perspectives and skill sets Ted and Diane possess.
